I take care of the hosting of your website and make sure everything is fine with it. I pay the bills for it (out of the money you pay me), make sure it is being maintained properly, change the locks for you if necessary and basically take care of any issue that may arise with it. I am part of the chain of people who take care of any technical issues you have with matters associated with your web hosting. Small technical issues such as you need more disk space can be taken care of by me. A simple call to me, and I will arrange more disk space for you. If you need more bandwidth, I will know and give you more. I will know you need more bandwidth, before it becomes an issue for you. If at some point there is a more serious problem with the hosting, I contact the Web Host and have him try and fix it. If it appears fixing the problem may take too long, I move my client's websites to back-up hosting already waiting in case of emergency for all of Dora's Web World's clients.
