Please find the explanation of the services included with my General Website Management Package below: Managed Web Hosting Web Hosting is arranged for your website, and then on top of that I Manage the Web Hosting. That is basically, I arrange taking care of paying the rent for you on the internet, maintaining the location you are renting on the internet, including fixing the roof for you if it leaks and arranging alternate housing for you on the internet, should it be needed. That is, for example, sometimes the Web Host goes down for more than a day, and although this is very rare, earlier in my internet career, it happened to me. In this case, rather than having your website down until the Web Host fixes their problem, or having you go through the problem of finding a new Web Host, putting your website back on the internet (if you remembered to make a back-up) etc, I take care of all of this for you. Back-up Web Hosting, for the "in case of emergency scenario", is always there and ready for Dora's Web World clients. Domain Name Registration and Domain Name Management I register your domain name for you and in addition to this, I manage your domain name as part of my website management packages. In my function, as your Website Manager, I also prefer to manage your domain name, and include this as part of my Website Management Service. By managing your domain name as well as your web hosting, I can manage your website with the utmost of efficiency and take care of all of your internet presence needs in a timely manner. In managing your domain name, I make sure it does not expire while I am managing it and change the name servers when needed. In addition, I monitor it's status, in a way which ties in to the web hosting, that is to make sure it has not been blacklisted for any reason, and if it has, I deal with this issue for you as well. As such, I make it so the least amount of involvement is needed by Dora's Web World client's in taking care of their websites. This is because, I guess that you have other things you would like to do with your time, such as concentrating on other aspects of your business. Managing your complete internet presence is part of the service I am able to deliver. I believe that it is best when Domain Name Registration and Domain Name Management is delivered hand in hand with Web Hosting and Managed Web Hosting. If your domain name for example becomes blacklisted because of something such as being accused of having spam sent out from it much of the mail you send out from it, may not get delivered properly. I do my best to make sure, that this either does not happen, or i it does happen, it is taken care of as quickly as possible with the least amount of interuption to you and your business as possible. Required Website Changes I also include taking care of making changes that you request on your website for you as part of my Website Management Services. I include up to 15 text and picture/graphic changes (although, not picture/graphic creation) with my General Website Management package on the websites I manage as part of my Website Management Services. Other changes, will be charged per change. All changes you request to your website will be completed as quickly as possible. Search Engine Optimization The maintenance and regular updating of Search Engine Friendly Tags, is also done, as part of my website management services. I concentrate on optimizing your most important tags which are the Title Tags and Description tags. I also optimize your keyword tags. In addition, I make recommendations to you about how you can further optimize your website for the search engines.
